When a threat looms in the sky, three kids take matters into their own (tiny) hands.

In 1939, a Clipper flying-boat embarks on a 19-hour journey from San Francisco to Honolulu. Martha, Kenneth, and Bernard, three children aboard the plane, cross paths and spend their time exploring the aircraft.

While rummaging through the lavatories' trash can, they come across a crumpled piece of paper with a message scrawled in Russian:

"Устройство и парашют в условленном месте. Свидание с Ботинком после активации и отскок при Т минус 30."

Fortunately, whiz-kid Bernard can decipher the message: it turns out to be an instruction to activate a bomb 30 minutes before the plane's arrival and then leave the aircraft using a parachute. Despite the children's report, their parents dismiss it as another fanciful tale, leaving Martha, Kenneth, and Bernard to take matters into their own hands.

How to play

Explore the flying-boat, find ways to restricted areas, search the passenger's belongings, hide and observe – and don't get caught!

Use the portraits at the top left of the screen or keys 1, 2, 3 to switch between the kids.

Use WASD to navigate and E to search when an interaction prompt appears. Try to find the three bombs hidden on board!

The bottom left shows the room you're currently in. If it's red, you're not supposed to be there and will get called out by the staff if seen.

If adults start calling you out, you only have a few seconds until you will be reported and detained in the flying-boat's very own jail cell.

You lose the game when all kids are detained or the time's up and a hidden bomb explodes. The 19 hours flight equal 15 minutes of game time.

You win the game when all bombs are found.

Awww, that's so nice to read. The jam was a magical time where everything came together nicely: an idea, some spare time, and a lot of drive, amplified by you and the others on Discord. Your message during the winner announcement stream and your recording of the gameplay were two highlights of the project for me! ❤️

I still have a sequel in my backlog (imagine Martha, Kenneth and Bernard on a river steamer!) but for the time being I'm quite bullish on my VR game prototype...

I absolutely loved the concept of this game! If you ever plan to make this into a full fledged game and need an extra hand id love to help.

I ran into a couple of the bugs during my first playthrough, so I am thinking that by refreshing the page or so it'll let me finally have a chance at securing a win
